Who is responsible

The data controller is Ollivier Capital Advisory (Lukas Ollivier), 1065 chemin du Puy du Roy, 13090 Aix-en-Provence, France, hello@daivaco.com.

What data is collected, and why

• Contact form: name, email, company, website address (optional) and your message. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)) and steps taken before entering a contract (article 6(1)(b)).
• Hosting logs: the hosting provider records IP addresses and technical request data for security and to serve the site, for a short period. Legal basis: legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).
• Nothing else. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media embeds, and no fonts loaded from third-party servers.

Who receives it

• Formspree, Inc. (United States), which transmits form messages to our email. Transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.
• Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site and serves it from data centres in North America and Europe.
• Our email provider, where your message is stored.

How long

Form messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for the duration of the project plus the legal retention period for business records (10 years in France for accounting documents). If we do not work together, messages are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@daivaco.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (France) or the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Lithuania) if you think something is wrong.

Cookies

None. This site does not set cookies. It stores two preferences in your browser’s local storage: the currency you picked on the pricing page and the light or dark theme. Those values never leave your device and are not trackers. If cookie-free analytics (Plausible) are added later, this policy will say so.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
