Four steps. One month. No surprises.

You will always know what is happening, what we need from you, and when you will see the next thing.

  1. Call

    30 minutes, free

    We talk about your company, who your best customers are, who you are trying to hire, and what the current site gets wrong. No slides.

    What we need from you
    Your current website, and your preferences on design and colors.
    What you get
    A written proposal with scope, a fixed price and a timeline, within two working days.

  2. Plan and content

    Week 1

    We map the site page by page and write the first draft of every page from our call and your existing material. You correct the facts, we handle the words.

    What we need from you
    Photos, certifications, job descriptions, a list of capabilities. Rough is fine, a shared folder is enough.
    What you get
    A site map and the first draft of every page, in a document you can comment on.

  3. Design and build

    Weeks 2 to 3

    Designed for phone and desktop, and built directly as a real website. No mockups that later get lost in translation.

    What we need from you
    Your feedback on the home page first, then on the full site.
    What you get
    Real pages on a private link, on your phone and your desktop, before anything goes live.

  4. Launch

    Week 4

    Domain, hosting, forms, search setup, redirects from the old site, and a handover call. The site is yours. The care plan is optional: if you take it, we keep the site fast, updated and monitored.

    What we need from you
    Access to your domain (or we register one in your name), and whether you want the care plan.
    What you get
    The site live on your domain, forms tested end to end, search set up, and a 30-minute handover.

Timelines assume you answer emails within a couple of days. The biggest factor in the result is real material: certifications, capabilities, job descriptions, and photos if you have them.

After launch

Optional: we keep watching it.

The care plan is a monthly option, not a condition. It covers hosting, updates, small edits and monitoring. Once a quarter we review the numbers with you: quote requests, applications, and what to improve next.
